Why don't have women have women aides and men tend to men?

Question: Should women have female aides assigned for their care and men have male aides?

The Hospice Care Plan Response: It is advantageous for hospice agencies to employ both women and men caregiving aides. The very first thing to do is to ask the patient and the family what their desire is. If there is no preference it is best to match the aide with the needs of the patient. Generally men have more physical strength than women so pairing them with the
