We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is returned in new condition within 14 days of the order date.

• Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging.

• Return Method: Returns must be sent by mail.

• Return Label: A prepaid return label is included in the original package at no cost to you.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

• Refund Timeline: Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if your product arrives damaged, please email a clear photo of the damage to info@thehospicecareplan.com within 14 days of your order date. Upon verification, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
